/01 About me

Ten years building real systems. Two years building them with AI.

For over ten years I built production software for large organisations. Etisalat, Al Ansari Financial Services, and Dubai Customs.

In 2024 I started building with AI, and it quietly took over how I work. That's two years now of shipping real AI systems: voice agents, automation pipelines, and a personal operating system I run my entire business on every day. Not demos. Things that do the work.

Somewhere along the way people started asking me to teach it. So now I do both. I build AI into a business, and I train the team to run it themselves. I still do the implementation, which is the part that keeps the training honest. When someone in the room asks a hard question, they get a real answer, including the times the honest answer is that AI doesn't belong there.

/02 Why this is different

Most AI training is prompting tips. This changes how the work gets done.

The usual course teaches you to word a better request. It's fine, but it fades by the next week, because nothing actually changed in how the team works. I go the other way. Every session starts from the work you already do, and by the end part of it is handed to AI and running. People leave with a working system, not a page of notes.

I actually build this
Ten years of engineering means I'm not reading tool tips off a slide. I've shipped the systems, so the depth is there for the technical people and the on-ramp is gentle for everyone else.

/04 What I've done

Built in production. Delivered in real rooms.

Implementation

  • Two years building and running production AI systems: voice agents, automation pipelines, and a personal AI operating system I run my business on daily.
  • A voice agent for healthcare clinics, integrated with an EMR that had no public API. A full custom integration.
  • Order-processing and lead-automation systems for businesses across e-commerce and services.
  • Currently the embedded onsite AI lead for a luxury interiors and manufacturing group, training their teams while automating real parts of their pricing and operations.

Training

  • A hands-on "AI for Leaders" lab for around 20 to 25 leaders and directors at one of the UAE's leading business-setup companies, with the Group CEO in the room.
  • A live AI workshop for the GLEAC human-skills community that turned into an ongoing advisory retainer.
  • Public and paid workshops across 2025 and 2026: an AI 101 masterclass, hands-on automation labs, and a "build your own AI content analyst" session where everyone left with a working system.
  • One-to-one coaching for executives and consultants, building AI into their real work.
