Do I need any technical background?
None at all. Every session is built for professionals in HR, ops, marketing, finance, or any non-technical role. If you can use email, you can do this.
Which AI tools do you cover?
Whatever your team already runs — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini. I train on your stack; the method doesn't change. Claude's my own daily driver, which is why the technical depth is there when a session needs it.
What do I actually walk away with?
Something working. Not a certificate, not a deck of slides. An AI setup built around your job that you can use on Monday morning.
Can my employer pay for this?
