Do I need any technical background?
None at all. Every session is built for professionals in HR, ops, marketing, finance, or any non-technical role. If you can use email, you can do this.
Which AI tools do you cover?
Primarily Claude. It's the most capable tool for knowledge work and the one I use every day in real client projects. Other tools covered where relevant.
What do I actually walk away with?

Can my employer pay for this?
